If your product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipment, we will replace it at no charge. To request a replacement, please contact us at info@torontodigital.ca within 7 days of receiving your product. Include a photo of the defective product or damaged packaging along with your order number.
Important Notes:
- No replacements will be issued for products with defects or damage caused during installation.
- No refunds will be issued if the dimensions provided at the time of order do not correspond to the dimensions of your space.
- No returns are accepted if you no longer like the image chosen for purchase.
- Slight color variations between screen display and printed product are not grounds for returns.
Refund Process
If your return is approved after inspection, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Costs for Returns
You are responsible for paying shipping costs when returning a product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service (e.g., FedEx or UPS) and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery of your return.
