Standard Production Time
Our average production time for all Custom Printed Products is 2-6 business days. During peak seasons, timelines may take longer due to higher order volumes.
Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $1000. Your online cart subtotal must meet or exceed $1000 after any promotional discounts have been applied. Sales taxes and shipping charges are not included in this calculation.
- Standard Shipping: For orders not eligible for free shipping, we charge a flat rate of $50 for ground shipping to anywhere in Canada (except Northwest Territories, Nunavut & Yukon).
- Rural Deliveries: Additional surcharges may apply for remote locations as determined by our couriers. Our customer service department will contact you if applicable.

We strive to dispatch all orders within 48-72 hours of receiving them. Delivery times mentioned are approximate and may vary based on destination, customs clearances, and other external factors.
Shipping Partners
Your orders will be shipped via our trusted partners: Canada Post, DHL, FedEx, and UPS. All shipments include tracking information that will be provided to you once your order is dispatched.
International Orders
Please note that any customs or import duties charged upon arrival in your country are your responsibility. These charges vary by country and are not included in our shipping fees.
