Custom Products
Custom Product Cancellation Policy
Once a custom product order has been processed for printing, it cannot be canceled. Custom products are manufactured according to your specific requirements and specifications, and production begins promptly after order confirmation.
- Orders may only be canceled before the printing process has begun
- No refunds will be issued for custom products that have entered the production phase
- We will notify you when your order moves to the printing stage
Product Warranty
7-Year Limited Warranty
All our wallpaper products come with a 7-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers:
- Structural integrity of the product
- Manufacturing defects that affect functionality
- Material failure under normal use conditions
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Fading due to exposure to direct sunlight
- Damage caused by improper installation
- Water damage or damage from cleaning with inappropriate products
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage resulting from misuse or abuse
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns of non-custom products within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
For custom products, we only offer exchanges if there are verifiable quality issues or manufacturing defects. To request an exchange:
- Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide clear photos of the defect or issue
- Await confirmation from our quality control team
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
